Mark has worked in the radio industry for over 25 years, as a radio personality, producer, director of programming and operations manager. He has had the opportunity to build and develop many successful radio shows in multiple markets. His experience includes working with nationally recognized radio talent including Sean Hannity, Don Imus and Scott Shannon.
Michelle grew up in Connecticut and went to school in New York State. She graduated with a BA in Communications with a concentration in Radio/TV/Film from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York. While still an undergrad, Michelle was hired by a radio station cluster (classic rock, oldies, American standards) as a news reporter/anchor where she worked for 3 years.
She then moved on to be morning news reporter for Cox Radio, specifically, WDBO, the number one News/Talk Station in Orlando, Florida. During her 7 years in Orlando, Michelle also worked at WFTV-Channel 9 the ABC Television affiliate, along with being promoted to News Director of Star 94.5-fm the top R&B and Classic Soul station in Orlando. She also continued work for WDBO as their Theme Park reporter. She also did stints on Cox’s Country, Classic Rock, Adult Contemporary stations.
In 2005, Michelle was hired as an Anchor/Editor at CNN for their Radio division. In that position she anchored news casts for CNNRadio’s more than 2000 affiliates around the globe. She also did a CNN Video podcast ,“Idol Chat” during American Idol’s hey-day. Along with hosting the CNN audio podcast “Hollywood Hangover”. Michelle was with CNNRadio until their shut their doors in 2012.
She then went on to become the morning anchor on Atlanta’s first All-News radio station, 106.7. Where she was until she came to the Impact Partnership in Jan. of 2014.
Spiff Carner is a Georgia Radio Hall of Fame inductee and a Marconi Award finalist for “Best Large Market Morning Show” in the U.S. His over 30-year radio career includes being half of “The Randy & Spiff Show”, one of the longest running and most successful morning radio shows in Atlanta, Georgia. From copywriting to sales to being an on-air personality, Spiff brings a wealth of radio experience to The Impact Partnership.

Randy Cook is a native of the Midwest with a 35-year career as a morning-show host in music and news talk radio. A member of the Georgia Radio Hall of Fame and best known for his work on the Randy & Spiff Morning Show that ran for 25 years in Atlanta. He has brought his passion to create great radio to the Impact Partnership to co-host, produce, and grow programs across the Impact Partnership Radio Network.
Grace brings over ten years’ experience in radio and television broadcasting to the Impact Radio Team. Grace’s Atlanta broadcasting career highlights include News Anchor/Reporter for the Georgia News Network, afternoon-drive host at Talk AM 920 and Producer at The Weather Channel.
Originally from Charleston, South Carolina Kristen Charles has lived in the Atlanta area since 2003. For over 15 years Kristen has spent her career working in many aspects of radio including being an on-air talent, co-host and being a program director. She has won GABBY awards from the Georgia Association of Broadcasters for radio personality of the year, best show and production in years past.
Kristen began her radio career in talk radio and since has successfully worked in various formats including country, top 40, adult contemporary and all news. In May of 2013 she left her position in Atlanta radio to join the radio team at the Impact Partnership.
Mike Macho has 20 years of commercial radio experience. From on-air to promotions to program director, Mike has been on both sides of the mic. He hosted the #1 rated day part on the #1 country music station in Atlanta, KICKS 101-5, as well as a top endorser for Comcast, Brandsmart USA, and several top advertisers.
Robert Bacik is a 20 year media planning and buying veteran with experience working with the top global media agencies in the world across many household brand name accounts such as AT&T, BellSouth, RE/MAX, O’Reilly Auto Parts, and Florida’s Natural Orange Juice. Robert has managed traditional and non-traditional types of radio campaigns across 180+ radio markets with success growing his clients’ business with such tactics as traditional commercial radio campaigns, endorsement radio, block programming, sports sponsorships and local onsite/on-air sponsorships. In addition to his radio planning and buying expertise, Robert has integrated multi-media experience across all types of media from national and local TV to print, outdoor and online media.
Robert attended Auburn University, so don’t be surprised if you hear him yelling an occasional “War Eagle!” out of the blue. When he is not busy negotiating media deal, Robert can be found enjoying live music, playing guitar, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with his family.

Jennifer Perry joins the Impact Partnership Radio Team after 10 years in the Atlanta radio market. Jennifer fell in love with radio at Western Kentucky University (Go Hilltoppers!), and began her broadcasting career in Nashville at WSM, the home of The Grand Ole Opry. She later served as News Director and Co-Host of “Tennessee’s Morning News” at 1510 WLAC before making the move to Atlanta in 2004. Jennifer was a news anchor and sidekick on “The Rusty Humphries Show” on 640 WGST before taking the reins as Program and News Director at WYAY/All News 106.7 in 2012. Her career highlights include covering the Al Gore campaign during the never-ending 2000 Presidential election, a visit to the Middle East during the Arab Spring of 2011, and getting stuck at the office for 5 straight days during Snowpocalypse in Atlanta in 2014.
Jeremy “Hawk” Hawkins brings over 26 years of experience in broadcasting to The Impact Partnership. From New Orleans to Las Vegas to Atlanta, “Hawk” has excelled in commercials (voiced national spots for Pizza Hut) to on-air positions (NASCAR reporter). Add to that creative copywriting and amazing editing skills, and you have yet another “Radio Superstar” at The Impact Partnership.
Kevin Steele is originally from New York, but his radio career has taken him from Buffalo to Pittsburgh through Dallas and into Atlanta. Kevin has worked at some of the best radio stations in America and is excited to bring his experience and skills to help produce great radio shows on the Impact Partnership Radio Network.
Doug Harding is originally from Northern Virginia and moved to Atlanta in 1993. He has spent the past 20 years at numerous radio stations in Atlanta as an on-air talent and in the production department until joining The Impact Partnership in early 2014. Doug is a superhero in his spare time.
From producing a nationally syndicated night show to becoming a production coordinator for a cluster of Atlanta stations, Brandon Benefield has done a little bit of everything in radio. Six years working in Atlanta (a top ten radio market) has perfected Brandon’s editing and producing skills. Brandon is excited to be bringing his skills and creativity to the talented radio team at The Impact Partnership!
